By shopping with Shameless Goods, you agree to these Terms of Service. We keep things simple: clear products, clear policies, no fine‑print trickery.

All orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
We use secure third‑party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). We never see your full card details.
All prices are listed in USD ($) and may change from time to time, but you’ll always see the total before you pay.

We ship to the address you provide — double‑check it, because typos don’t travel well.
Delivery times vary depending on carrier and location. Once it leaves our hands, it’s in theirs.
Shipping costs show up at checkout, unless your order is $25 or more in the U.S. Then shipping’s on us, because you deserve it.
Canadian orders ship free at $40 or more, and international orders ship free at $50 or more.

All designs, copy, and products are original to Shameless Goods. Please don’t copy, resell, or pretend they’re yours — knock‑offs are tacky, and we see you. We’d rather spend our energy making cool stuff for cool people.
Sharing our work online is encouraged — just give credit where it’s due. Your support keeps a small woman‑owned business alive, loud, and unapologetically bold.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, acts of nature, or cosmic chaos.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
